Our team

GUS has a team of 30 highly qualified and experienced people. Most of our staff comprise of field-based workers whom are supported by project management and administration personnel. Our qualified and on field team members including;

• Drillers
• Cable layers
• Jointers
• Switchers
• Linesmen
• General Labourers

GUS has four directional drilling crews, three excavation/cable laying crews, crane operators, linesman, switchers, jointers and locators.

All GUS field-based team members have current industry expected HSEQ certificates and training including;

• White Cards
• First Aid Certificates
• Machinery Operation Relevant Tickets & Licences
• Driver’s Licences

Our team members hold qualifications specialising within their chosen professions. We provide ongoing experience based and onsite training opportunities for our team members to further their qualifications through education and training.

We strive for the capacity, expertise and experience to manage and perform all works using in-house resources. When necessary we engage suitably qualified and accredited subcontractors to assist. Our management system ensures all subcontractors meet our high expected level of relevant qualifications, required skill sets, insurances and safety requirements.
