We install underground HV & LV cables and communication cable/fibre optics via open trench, through conduit or direct drilling. We also have the capacity to install water pipes/reticulation.
Our capabilities include the installation of conduit from 50mm to 160mm by either directional drilling or open excavation.
Cable Layers WA
GUS maintains personnel on hand who are fully qualified cable layers and meet all industry standards. Our work on a Horizon Power project was recognised and was to be used as a standard for others to follow – the following quote received via email “believe the quality of the install is first class, they are to use them in an official …Standards Document. – Very well done”.
Although based in the South West of Western Australia, we are available to mobilise our teams throughout Western Australia for any cable laying and underground installation services.
Western Power Authorised Cable Layers
Accredited and authorised in the cable laying industry now for 11 years and with the current ownership since May 2006. Our staff are all fully trained via Power Training Services, the recognised Western Power training group. Our personnel have all attained their Network Authority Card and have met all industry and training standards to acquire these NAC identification cards.
GUS also maintains a jointing team who can finish the job end to end.
